Buyer brief
A concise introduction: Hozho and Akei, acreage and asking prices, why the historic setting merits study, and exactly what historical records do—and do not—establish.
Hozho and Akei are adjoining unpatented lode mining claim interests near Stanton, Arizona. These materials allow a prospective buyer to examine the documented history of the neighboring Leviathan mining area, review the claims' recorded particulars, and understand what still requires independent verification.
These are the three buyer documents supplied by Vena Aurum LLC. Start with the short brief; review the evidence packet for original assay reproductions; use the complete research compilation for deeper geological and historical context.
A concise introduction: Hozho and Akei, acreage and asking prices, why the historic setting merits study, and exactly what historical records do—and do not—establish.
A compact evidence file with the BLM case particulars, original 1977 Iron King gold-and-silver certificate, the corresponding historical sample map, and seller-reported field observations.
The detailed compilation, including historical survey plats, 1937 engineering observations, 1984 reassessment, structural interpretations, sample records, regional context and evidence limitations.
The difference between an original historical record, a seller's personal field observation, and an established mineral resource matters. We present those categories separately.
Original 1977 Iron King Assay Office records report five selected gold-and-silver samples from historic Leviathan. Federal mineral surveys and dated engineering material describe historical veins, workings and structural ideas in the surrounding area.
The owner reports gold found during prospecting at multiple tested locations across the combined claim offering. Available photographs and descriptions are seller-supplied; they do not substitute for independent laboratory assays or representative sampling.
No verified resources, reserves, commercial production potential, or surveyed vein continuation from Leviathan into either offered claim have been established. The 1984 archival reassessment also reports that earlier exploration apparently found no significant ore-grade mineralization.
The 1977 certificate and the historical sample-position map are reproduced in the buyer evidence packet. These samples are associated with historic Leviathan, not the offered Hozho or Akei claims.

| Property | BLM case serial | Recorded acreage | Asking price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hozho | AZ106748919 | 20.6600 | $14,900 |
| Akei | AZ106748920 | 20.6612 | $11,900 |
| Combined | Two separate claims | 41.3212 | $23,900 |
Buyer verification: These figures and the seller's report that both cases were active derive from BLM MLRS records supplied November 4, 2026, not a fresh title certificate or boundary survey. Buyers must verify current case status, filings, monuments, legal access, neighboring patents, mineral rights, any required authorizations, and independently established assays. The claims are unpatented mineral-claim interests—not fee-simple land or guaranteed gold production.
